Contract
with Option to Hire
Contractors may be converted to permanent full-time positions with our clients
at any time. This allows clients to bring in someone and see if they are an
appropriate fit for the position prior to offering them a permanent full-time
position. There is a fee for the conversion, based upon the length of time a
contractor has been at the client's site. There is no fee after six months.

Payroll
Services
Clients may have their own hourly wage contractors or employees that they do
not want to payroll directly. PeopleWare®
can take these individuals as employees and contract them back to the client,
thus taking them off the company's payroll and alleviating the associated
liabilities.
